Bristol Charities has made the decision to leave X (formerly known as Twitter) as part of our continued commitment to fostering inclusive, respectful, and safe spaces, both online and offline.

As an organisation dedicated to supporting communities across Bristol through inclusive housing, community hubs, and wellbeing programmes, we believe it is vital that our digital presence reflects our values.

We’ve also noted the increasing difficulty of ensuring our messaging reaches people in a constructive and respectful digital environment.

Bristol Charities exists to build kinder, fairer communities.

We will be focusing our efforts on platforms that prioritise community-building, accessibility, and respectful engagement. We encourage supporters and partners to stay connected with us via our website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and through our growing network of community hubs across Bristol.

Our work continues – rooted in compassion, collaboration, and dignity for all.
