All referral agencies and sponsors are asked to complete a simple registration process in order to access the online grant application form.
Access the sponsor Registration portal
Once you have accessed the sponsor registration portal using the link below, please click the “Apply” button where you will need to enter your e-mail address, create a password and complete a short sponsor registration questionnaire. Once complete, please click the review and submit button and this will be sent to us for approval.
Once we have approved your registration, you will receive an email to confirm this, your sponsor registration number and a link to access the online application portal.
The first time you access the portal you will need to re-register your details using the “apply” button once more. You will only need to do this the first time you log in to the portal. You will be able to use the “retrieve your application” button for any subsequent applications.
Once the application is submitted, we will review it and let the sponsor know directly if the application has been successful or not.
